Beginning in May 2010, Huntington Funds is introducing summary prospectuses for each of its Funds. Below are
answers to frequently asked questions about the new documents.

What is a summary prospectus?

A summary prospectus is a shorter, user-friendly version of the prospectuses you have traditionally received for your funds. Our summary prospectus is a four-page document that highlights key information about each Huntington Fund.

Why is Huntington Funds producing summary prospectuses?

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently adopted guidelines that allow fund companies to produce summary prospectuses if they choose. We believe these documents are more user-friendly and provide information in a concise format that is easy to understand. And because the summary prospectus is shorter, it uses less paper when printed, making it a more cost eective and environmentally responsible way to provide information to our shareholders.

What is included in a summary prospectus?

The fund’s investment objective

Information about fees and expenses

Portfolio management

Principle investment strategies and risk of the fund

Fund performance

Information about purchasing and selling share

Tax Information

What is not included in a summary prospectus?

The summary prospectus covers many of the same subjects as the full prospectus, however it doesn't delve as deeply into details. It provides a higher-level overview. To make sure all investors have access to the important information they need, the SEC set guidelines for what information must be included and all fund companies must follow these guidelines.

What if I prefer the full prospectus?

The full-length prospectus that provides detailed information information about all of our funds is still available. Visit huntingtonfunds.com to request a paper version or to download a PDF. Click here to download a copy or call 1-866-253-0412
